I'm a regular at this cozy rural retreat. The staff made my first stay memorable by helping with sim cards. Free Wi-Fi, parking, and other amenities make it perfect for my needs. Can't wait to come back for Christmas!

We stayed at Quaint House for a family getaway and it was exactly what we were looking for. The house was spotless and had lovely added extras like toiletries and a kitchen welcome pack. The location was excellent, just a 10-minute drive to Alton Towers and with a local pub and park within walking distance. The breakfast selection was great, and our kids loved seeing sheep in the backyard. Nikki was very helpful with recommendations for nearby takeaways. a fantastic stay for our family. Thank you!

    Recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at a charming house in a stunning countryside location. It was immaculately clean and had thoughtful touches like sponges and toiletries in the bathroom. I also appreciated the kitchen welcome pack. The house had all the conveniences of home, with Netflix and YouTube on the TV. The beds were comfortable and the shower was excellent. The breakfast selection was lovely, and my kids were delighted to see sheep in the backyard. The location was perfect for visiting Alton Towers and Waterworld. I would highly recommend this delightful rural retreat. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hidden gem.

The house was just what we needed, with all the comforts of home. It was clean, tidy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the owners even left us some treats like lemon muffins, wine, and hot chocolates. We loved the fact that the TV had Netflix and YouTube, perfect for relaxing evenings. the beds were comfy too, ensuring a good night's sleep. And the location was great, with beautiful fields to walk around and Alton Towers just a short drive away.

The lack of privacy was a bit of a downside. the front room didn't have any curtains or blinds, and the small fence in the garden meant that we could see into the neighboring gardens.

The house was immaculately clean with lovely touches like toiletries and sponges in the bathroom and a kitchen welcome pack. the basics like bread, milk, tea, and coffee were provided, and there were even extra treats like prosecco and bottles of water. the beds were already made up, which was a pleasant surprise. the location was fantastic, especially for those visiting Alton Towers, and there were plenty of other activities nearby.

Felt like a home away from home, no complaints at all.

We had a total blast checking out the cool garden and those cute sheep. It was like living in our own party palace! Plus, it was just a short drive to the rad Buxton Opera House where we caught a sick show!

Honestly, the only bummer was that we couldn't throw an epic party at the house. We wished there was a banging sound system to keep the good vibes going all night long.

I absolutely adored the charming decor of this lovely house. The country-style furnishings and cozy atmosphere made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and spacious, making it easy for me to navigate around with my senior mobility. It was wonderful to have a garden where I could sit and enjoy the beautiful rural surroundings. Truly a delightful setting for a peaceful vacation.

If I had to ask for something to improve the vacation experience for senior people, it would be to have more assistance available from the children working there. Sometimes, it would have been helpful to have someone around to help carry my bags or offer guidance on local activities.

This cozy house in a rural setting offers beautiful views and a homely environment. With fields to walk around and a local pub in walking distance, it's a perfect location for a little family getaway. The hosts provide little extras like bread, milk, and even Prosecco, making your stay even more enjoyable. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and you can even bring your furry friend along. The rear garden offers a nice outdoor space to relax and take in the view.

The hot water can be a bit hit and miss at times.

Quaint House in a beautiful rural setting was the perfect place for our family getaway. The house had everything we needed, with a fully equipped kitchen and cozy bedrooms with lovely bedding. We were delighted to find a thoughtful welcome package from the host, including Prosecco and essential food items like bread, butter, and jam. The location was fantastic, with plenty of nearby activities for the whole family to enjoy.

For dads, it would be great to have a more open plan layout instead of two separate rooms downstairs.

The beautiful view and the bottle of Prosecco were a delightful touch. The kids were thrilled to see sheep in the backyard and we enjoyed exploring the nearby fields. Conveniently located near Buxton Opera House, we had a fun day out there and returned to a spotless house with plenty of toiletries. it was a lovely family getaway.

For families with children, it would be great if there were curtains or blinds in the front room for added privacy.

Loved the cozy fireplace, made me feel like a fancy lady in a period drama. The towels were so fluffy, I wanted to wrap myself in them and take them home. And the microwave. it heated up my leftover scones perfectly!

Oh, how I enjoyed seeing my neighbors walk by in their nightwear thanks to the lack of curtains. Such excitement!

It was the perfect place for our family getaway, and the kids absolutely loved exploring the outdoors and playing in the garden. The proximity to Buxton Opera House was a bonus, as we were able to catch a show and have a great night out as a family. The house itself had everything we needed and more, from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable bedrooms with lovely bedding. The thoughtful gesture of providing Prosecco and essential food items made us feel extra special and appreciated. it was a wonderful experience for the whole family.

For dads, it would be great to have some additional clothes hanging storage in the rooms.
